Attic Aire Air Vent for Attics 1500 CFM W. Humidistat & Thermostat

PRODUCT FEATURES

  • Electric-powered attic vents use a pre-wired Humidistat/Thermostat to monitor heat and moisture build-up inside the attic. Featuring a low-profile dome, the power attic vent is unobtrusive when installed on the roof slanting away from the front of your home. Roof-Mount Power Fans are a type of motor-driven attic exhaust vent that make up half of a balanced attic ventilation system for each roof. Intake vents make up the other half of the system. Together they help remove any built-up heat and moisture inside the attic for year-round ventilation.
    • Roof mounted with pre-wired humidistat and thermostat
    • Oversized 24 in. x 24 in. G-90 galvanized base flange for easy nailing and flashing
    • Has a thermostat/humidistat
    • Heavy-duty, rust-resistant steel dome
    • Traditional fan
    • Part of a balanced attic ventilation system for year-round airflow
    • Helps to fight heat and moisture buildup inside an attic as well as ice dams in cold climates
    • Requires intake ventilation for proper performance
    • 1,500 CFM (cubic feet of airflow per minute)
    • Ventilates up to 2,100 sq. ft. of attic space
    • Suitable for 3/12 to 8/12 roof pitch
