  • VELUX EDM deck mount skylight flashing is designed to work with metal roofing.  The sill apron features pliable pleats that form to the roof, and the kit includes adhesive underlayment that provides an additional layer of water protection for a weathertight installation.  When paired with the VELUX No Leak Skylight (models FS, VS, VSE, VSS) this flashing makes the skylight eligible for the VELUX 10-year installation warranty.

    • EDM flashing is designed for use on roofs with metal sheet roofing materials with a minimum pitch of 14° and a maximum pitch of 85°
    • EDM M04 flashing is designed specifically to fit deck mounted M04 skylight models
    • Flashing kit model cannot be installed on skylights from other manufacturers or other VELUX skylight models not noted above
    • Deck mounted flashing kits for shingle roofs (model EDL) and tile roofs (model EDW) are available
    • California residents see Prop 65 WARNINGS: This product can expose you to Nickel which is known by the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and be accompanied by a receipt, either physical or email.

Returns and exchanges are for Store Credit if you buy in person.

Items purchased for pick up

Must be picked up within 7 days from date of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required at pickup time.

Any items left longer than 7 days will be refunded minus a 15% of total cost restocking fee for store credit.

Please bring help in loading items, as EcoBuilding Bargains staff are unable to assist in loading.
